Defective Products
- If you come across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.
- Defective materials should be sent back to the return address and your shipping fees will be reimbursed and sent back with expedited shipping.
- We do not cover shipping label costs or shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost packages or damages that occur after the materials leave our distribution center.
